Many reloaders have inquired as to how to deal with static cling of powder and/or buffer.  Both of these products, due to their minute individual grain size are subject to “cling” under such conditions as low humidity. Friction caused by agitation of particles and other factors can contribute to this phenomenon as well. Anti-Static sprays work well in preventing these problems when used sparingly and following the manufacturers directions. Over use as well as spraying too close to the problem area are non-productive and may cause other problems. Keep in mind these products are flammable like so many aerosols but work well when used as the manufacturer suggests.
