The 800 Plus

Ponsness/Warren first produced the 800B nearly 40 years ago. The 800 series reloaders were built with a gear style index system. This system while being very heavy built, also offered a distinctive “click” when the machine indexed. With thousands of these machines still in use today, numerous requests were made for a new machine with all the features of the Platinum 2000, but with the gear style index system of the 800 reloaders.

The new “800 Plus” is equipped with the star gear, index pad, main index gear, etc., giving that “click” when the machine is indexed. It also has a die removal cylinder, allowing for quick and easy shell removal at virtually any station, the Ez-Fill access hopper which holds about a pound of powder and 25 lbs of shot, a brass external adjusting primer feed assembly, and all other standard features found on the Platinum 2000.

Platinum 2000 with Sizing Die System (900)

The Platinum 2000 series is the ultimate in progressive shot shell reloaders today.  It includes up-to-date, innovative features and, for the first time ever, a lifetime warranty on the Die Removal Cylinder. This new cylinder is built with 100% “Grivory”, a new compound designed to be stronger and more rigid than aluminum.  Also the cylinder is taller and designed to easily be placed in the neutral position. This cylinder and index system, have a lifetime warranty against any type of wear.

All Platinum 2000 reloaders are equipped with the new EZ-Fill Access Hopper. It allows you to quickly change shot and powder bushings without taking the top plate off the machine. The large, divided hopper holds over 25 pounds of shot and up to a pound of powder. Also standard is the External Adjusting Brass Primer Feed which makes primer depth changes a snap.

L/S - 1000 with Die Removal System 
For Lead, Steel & Bismuth  

The L/S-1000 is the only fully progressive reloader that loads lead, steel, and bismuth shot without the need for any type of conversion kit.

The smooth, quiet index system automatically aligns each shell at every station. With each cycle of the operating handle, the L/S-1000
automatically indexes, de-primes, final crimps and ejects a completed shell.  Primers are easily filled in the primer feed tray, then freely
slide down the track, into the primer feed assembly. There are no primer tubes to fill, and you can count the remaining primers at any time.

The shell holders and primer knockout/resizing assembly ensures that low or high brass shells are easily resized to factory specifications. 
This means that resized shells will always feed and chamber in any shotgun.

The L/S-1000 includes the grivory Die Removal System.

Metallic II
Semi-Progressive Single Stage Reloader 
For Rifle & Pistol

Ponsness/Warren has designed a totally unique and innovative loader capable of loading 150 rounds or more per hour
with utmost precision. The Metallic II has power to spare for re-forming brass, resizing cases, or loading tough calibers. 
The Metallic II is sold without dies, powder measure or shell holder. The die head has five tapped 7/8-14 holes to accept
standard dies, powder measure or other accessories. Conversion from one caliber to another is accomplished in less
than five minutes. Once the case is inserted into the shell holder, it is not removed until the case has been resized, new
primer seated, powder dropped and bullet seated and crimped. A depriming tube removes spent primer and residue,
keeping the priming area clean. The Metallic II has an automatic primer feed, a design, which allows for control of the primers
at all times without touching or contaminating them. Optional features which can be purchased include additional die
heads (for additional caliber capacity), and a powder measure extension tube to accommodate any standard powder measure.

Metal-Matic P-200
For Rifle & Pistol

The Metal-Matic P-200 has been designed to hold two calibers at one time. Conversion from one caliber to another
is accomplished in less than five minutes. The P-200 uses standard 7/8-14 die sets and powder measure. Castings
are heavy die cast aluminum coated with a silver vein black a plastic applied electrostatically and baked on for durability. 
Under normal conditions a person can load 200 rounds per hour, with some exceeding this average. The P-200 is
designed for straight wall cartridges.
